Project: Secondary tort liability for international crimes and serious human rights violations

Jindan-Karena Mann is an American lawyer admitted to the State Bar of California. She holds a BA from UC Berkeley in Development Studies with a specific focus on access to natural resources by marginalised societies, a JD from the University of Southern California, and an LLM in International Criminal Law from the University of Amsterdam with a certificate in International Criminal Law from Columbia Law School. Prior to joining Rethinking SLIC*, Jindan worked as a lawyer in the areas of international criminal law and international human rights law.
